Starting at the most southerly point, running north through Cork, Tipperary, the Midlands, Connacht and Donegal to the most northerly tip of Ireland.

Chris Connolly is a Dublin dad, mental health activist, and social media figure known online as Get Better With Chris. With over 206,000 followers, he has built one of Ireland’s most inspiring communities — all rooted in his own extraordinary personal journey.
Chris grew up in Fatima Mansions, Dublin. He battled addiction for years, eventually hitting rock bottom during lockdown. That was 2020. It was also the beginning of everything changing. After rehab, Chris found running — and through running, found himself.
